Refunds and Returns Policy
Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange.
Style, Size, or Photo Changes
To maintain a fast delivery time, we start working on the design as soon as we receive you order. If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you want to change product style, size or photo, please let us know within 24 hours of your order time.
Damaged Product, Incorrect Size or Print
If you receive wrong product or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
Product Photo Disclaimer
Please note that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. You have to upload a photo with high resolution, or a minimum size mentioned in the product page. Low resolution photos will result in low quality of artwork. If you have any special request, please contact us the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.
What About Possible Custom Fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
